据外媒报道，英特尔已经发布了关于即将停产的酷睿X系列处理器的产品变更通知（PCN）。
该公司在声明中证实，从2021年1月22日起将不再接受这些处理器的订单，最后一批处理器最迟必须在2021年7月9日前交付。
第9代酷睿 X系列处理器于2018年发布，曾受到很多批评。这些处理器的停产并不令人意外，因为英特尔的第10代Cascade Lake-X芯片已经上市一段时间了。
英特尔的CPU仍在努力与AMD Threadripper系列展开竞争，后者在内核/线程/IO方面遥遥领先。
